(More customer reviews)The charm is beautiful, don't get me wrong.I love it from the moment I received it.However, I'm baffled ...I paid $116.00 plus shipping for this item.When I opened it and ooooh'd and ahhhh'd over it.I put it away to take with me for my daughter's graduation.

I gave her this beautiful momento and felt a real sense of pride.

Then, we went to the NAVY store where they sell them for less than $20.00 with the exact same little red box.I purchased one there to compare with this one and there were absolutely NO differences.So as far as the item -it's fine but I am truly surprised that anyone can put that kind of price on a $20.00 item.I paid almost half that price in the shipping alone.

(More customer reviews)Great chain, solid and heavy. No kinks. However, you need to make sure you want a 10MM chain (nearly 1/2") as this may not be for everyone. Not sure about being entirely in the gang ranking mentioned, but it is simply a young look in some respects, but plenty of older, successful people where platinum chains this thick.

Though, add the look with the thickness and I can see this concern. The 7MM version may be a better choice for some.

Overall, it's very nice.

Although I really liked how this chain looked, and I hoped it would hold up well, instead it broke after wearing it daily for less than a month. The clasp was fine - the chain broke in the middle. I tried contacting the seller but did not get a reply about replacing or repairing it. Guess I'll have to go back to my old reliable chain!

I bought this chain to replace a yellow gold one I've been wearing daily for years. Just needed a change I guess! In any case, I've been wearing this one for a couple weeks now and it seems pretty sturdy and quite beautiful. I only buy chains with lobster claw latches which this has, and while it is a flat chain you can't really tell it's flat from a distance since it's fairly narrow. I wanted a rounded chain originally, but I have been very happy with this one.
