The background isn't BLACK like it shows in the picture, it's like a silver color which makes the engraving hard to see. GIFTWORLD doesn't have a customer contact number and the only info they provide is to mail it back to the return address that's one the back of the invoice which came with your item. The back of the invoice is BLANK!
