(More customer reviews)there were some complaints. first, it took some time for it to be shipped out (4 days).i had it shipped expedited 2-3days and it took 6 days to get to my house.second, its cheaper on the website (10% off).third, three of the diamonds were really dull and under size compared to the other ones.the necklace wasn't as sparkling as the photo showed.
