(More customer reviews)I ordered this item an a Sunday evening.The next morning on the email confirming the order, was this item for $7.99.I immediately emailed Pugster and asked them to honor the sale price.No Reply.I called them and was disconnected 4 times.After speaking with Amazon, they asked me to be patient and Pugster will honor the sale price.Pugster then emailed me to say that the charm was never that price.I then sent them an email attaching the item on sale.No Reply.I received the item with the charge of 21.65.Pugster has done nothing to help me.They got me once, and they will never get me again!

(More customer reviews)This is a cute pendant and a steal at $63 shipped.The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the gold chain is very thin but what could one expect at that price?For what I paid it's a good price for the pendant alone.I am going to use one of my own chains because I am afraid that one little tug and the chain will break and bye bye pendant -- that's how thin it is.Like the other reviewers, the pendant was larger than I expected.Don't get me wrong, it's not large by any means but from the measurments I was expecting something the diameter of a pencil eraser and it is a bit larger.I will take a picture within the next couple of days next to a dime for perspective and post it under user images.

(More customer reviews)This item was not as good looking as in the picture. Sadly after buying iy, you realize it could of been easily made for way less, than the price and shipping cost. It doesn't hold any earrings without backs. The earring holes alsoadd no help. I wear hoops, studs, and chain earrings mostly. The do not stay put in the holder. It holds necklaces just fine, but sadly only 5 necklaces can be put on it, unless your chains are thin enough to double them. It's fell off the wall twice so far. All I can say is it's alright for someone with light jewelry or mostly small hoop earrings, but not for anyone looking for an inexpensive, jewelery holder that offers a lot of support.
