(More customer reviews)This extender is a good product for the price.However, the links and clasp are very large compared to other chains I own and I couldn't use it on several of my necklaces because the clasp would not fit onto the smaller chains.

(More customer reviews)They charged me $3.98 for shipping and handling on a package that cost .88 to mail.If they wanted to charge $3 to "handle" their product then it should be in the initial cost.This is pretty disappointing.The product is a pretty cheap product anyway (see previous review about it breaking on first day on some woman) so if they want to build in $2 to "handle" the product that's fine.HOWEVER, this is bad business to jack up the price so high on something that was so cheap to distribute and mail.This will be the last time I order from them.
