Discover Your World Lunch Box Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)I thought this lunch box would be a part of my daughter's growing years, but we will be sending it back! The manufacturer tag was attached and on it a sticker that says: "Warning contains Lead. May be harmful if eaten or chewed. May generate dust containing lead"I wish the description had included this information and hopefully thus forward it will. I am thankful for noticing the small warning, especially after reading how easily this item scratches, shedding toxic lead paint all over your home!!

Giraffe Music Box Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)Purchased as a gift and the music box did not work. The storage box is colorful and giraffe pops up when the box top opens. However, the box seens to be made of cardboard and cheap built. For the price and hassle it is not worth returning.

Ballerina Lunch Box Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)My daughter loves this lunch box. We bought it because her soft shelled lunch boxes were getting food inside the lining. This one sometimes doesn't work if a container is too big, and the first day she used it, it came home covered in scratches. Despite this, it is cuter than the picture shows and really makes her feel like a princess. The only real complaint I have is that it scratches so easily. It is MUCH cleaner than the other lunch boxes.

Enchantmints Unicorn Music Box Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)This treasure box is quite lovely, really; with only one exception which I'll save for the closing of my review. But first...

The outside of the box is decorated with unicorns (& one fairy) shown in various outdoor settings, drawn in soft, yet very rich, pastels. The golden-brushed hardware looks delicate, but each piece is sturdy & seemingly up to the task of repeatedly being used by a young child; a child who could give IKEA a good run for their money against their famous usage trials.

The four drawers simply beg to be filled with one's treasures. The two smaller drawers -on the left & right sides- are easy to open; no sticking at all. However, the two long drawers should really have two pull-knobs, but a little bit of rocking solves this quirk. The drawers, as well as the *inner compartment, are lined with a soft, rich, buttery-yellow velvet; very pretty.*An important note about the inner compartment:Space-wise, there's not much to it.Because of the drawers and the area needed for the music player, the inner compartment is long, but very short & shallow (approx. 6" wide x 1 1/4" high x 2 1/2" deep). This bothers my daughter not one whit.

The mane and tail of the white unicorn match the yellow velvet color plus a pearl-like sheen, and NO GLITTER...Yay!The seam from the mold is more noticeable than I would like. This bothers my daughter not one whit, either.

The EXCEPTION mentioned in my opening statement is...the SONG!Immediately upon hearing the tune, my just-turned 7 year old daughter said in a small, trembling voice, "The unicorns DIE in this song!"Yes, it's true. The song they chose for this delightful music box is one where all the unicorns die. There are many versions of this song, but the unicorns either die, or they each morph into the creature we call "Pegasus."This explaination does nothing to help a little girl's confusion about the plight of the unicorns.I know there aren't many well-known unicorn themed songs out there, but there's the opening song from "The Last Unicorn." Heck, Fur Elise would be less imaginative, but better than the one they actually chose.

Enchantmints Treasure Tower Music Box - Fairy Collection Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)The picture and description looked and sounded better than the actual product. It works fine and looks ok, but is certainly cheap in construction up close. Spend your money on something more durable. It looks and feels like it was made out of pressed cardboard with a vinyl coating.
