(More customer reviews)The necklace looked beautiful online, so I ordered one and had it shipped to my Mom for Mother's Day. She received a pretty Waterford jewelry box with no necklace inside! I emailed Amazon and they sent another one out to her immediately. It was an empty box too! What an awful Mother's day gift. After the second time, I called and requested a refund. They did state that they were going to investigate this issue.
