(More customer reviews)I bought this locket for my mother for Christmas. She loves it and it is very beautiful. I decided to put pictures in it before I gave it to her and this proved to be a difficult task. The locket is difficult to open without warping the clasp and even more difficult to insert pictures into. Maybe there is a trick to it that I wasn't aware of, but this the first and last locket I will purchase. I had to remove the clear plastic photo shield on the front cover with a needle before inserting the first photo. I scratched the clear shield so much that I just threw it out. Inserting the photos in the middle piece was a little easier, but I just gave up on the back photo and left it empty for her. The locket is definitely beautiful, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone with very little patience.

(More customer reviews)I received this "locket" in the mail yesterday.It is teeny-tiny and gold filled.I believe I paid$55.00 + shipping for a piece of cheesy costume jewelry, that used to be available in a Five & Ten store.I was hoping this gift would become an heirloomthat she could pass down to her own little girl.I am afraid it is a piece of junk.It would behoove the vender to say in the ad that it is gold filled.The locket is so miniscule that I can't imagine any photo or piece of a photo fitting in it. Quel dommage!!!

(More customer reviews)When I received this bracelet, I was happy with the look.It was pretty and the photo heart was an appropriate size.Well, when I tried to insert the picture into the heart, it was next to impossible!A heart is not an easy shape to cut a small picutre into, anyway, but this was insane!!When I finally did get the picture into it, I could not get the plastic cover back on.When I did, it ended up looking really cheap. This bracelet was good in theory, just not good in reality.Next time I will buy a necklace with an oval locket!

Looks great on an adult too.I did a lot of research on line to find a locket that did not cost to much and had a strong enough chain, this one was one of the best I've seen.Room for two pictures.Pictures go behind two heart shape clear plastic inserts.Remove with point of a pin, keep safe they are easily lost.Scan picture on computer, crop face with heart shape crop tool then resize to fit locket opening.Practice makes perfect.Snap in plastic heart cover over picture.Comes with a beautiful blue velvet box.Made a big hit with everyone. especially the girls.A really great buy.
